A complete IR35 solution
We are aware of the challenges facing businesses in attracting temporary talent where the role is deemed to be Inside IR35.
One of the main challenges is that independent contractors will not be able to relocate while unable to claim travel, accomodation and subsistence expenses (an Inside IR35 determination means that the independant contractor is deemed to be "not self-employed" therefore no such business expenses are allowed).
